After a concerted effort, MiraclesTV.com, with the assistance of the very gracious staff of The Walt Disney Company, has succeeded in getting Miracles added to Disney's database of titles that are routinely considered for DVD release! Here's your chance to make a real impact now!

You've asked for it, and we've got it -- the information you want! Fans of Miracles can now petition The Walt Disney Company directly through its studio division, Buena Vista Home Entertainment (BVHE), to release Miracles on DVD!

Decisions to release a show on DVD are based on consumer demand, however, and that's where the fans of Miracles -- and quality television -- come in. This is a real opportunity for you to let the studios know what you want to watch. Fight the premature cancellation of quality shows by the television networks -- demand Miracles on DVD!

We've got all the information you need to go directly to the source -- it's up to YOU to do something with it!

Here's what you need to know:

About Requesting a DVD Release From Disney

All requests for titles to be released on DVD are received, documented and maintained by Disney for its family of companies, including BVHE. This information is passed along to the Marketing group responsible for making decisions about which shows will be released.

Disney is also interested in what you have to say, and written requests and personal testimonials carry more weight with the group responsible for reviewing this information than a single document containing only statistical data such as number of calls and demographic information. Telephone requests are accepted and documented; however, the preferred method of request is by e-mail.

It is very important that you include or mention the words "Miracles (2003) TV Series" in your request since Disney owns the DVD rights to a 1986 movie also titled Miracles, and the two have been confused. If you do not clarify this upfront, you may very well end up requesting Miracles the movie.

How to Request a DVD Release of Miracles

E-mail (preferred): Send an e-mail to this address: bvheinfo@bvhehelp.com. You can do this now by clicking on the e-mail address link.

Please note that the following information is collected on all requests for DVD releases, so be sure to include it in your e-mail:

In the subject line: Request for DVD Release - Miracles (2003) TV Series

In the body of the e-mail, list the following:

1. Your name
2. City of residence (international requests, please add Country)
3. Zip/postal code
4. Why you want Miracles to be released on DVD. Viewer testimonials are highly regarded by the decision-makers that review this information, and it has been strongly suggested to us that the best results are achieved when viewers include such information as personal significance of the show, program quality, artistry -- whatever YOU most loved about Miracles.

Telephone: If you do NOT have access to e-mail, you may telephone Disney Consumer Relations at 1-800-723-4763 (from Canada - 888-877-BVHE) between the hours of 9:30 am to 7:30 pm, Central time. You will be greeted with a recorded message.*

Please select the following menu options to make a request:

1. At the first recorded menu, press 6.
2. At the next recorded menu, press zero, and you will be transferred to a Consumer Relations specialist who will document your request.

* Note: Do not at any time during the recorded messages select the menu option to request a title on DVD, as you will then be directed to Disney Online's website, which is currently set up for movie requests only.

Spread the Word!

Tell everyone you know about how to get Miracles on DVD! This information has been released to the press concurrently with this announcement; however, it is still very difficult to effectively reach the masses with this kind of information. YOU can make a tremendous difference by helping us reach the hundreds of thousands of viewers who loved Miracles but do not have Internet access, or do not habitually use the Internet or read their newspapers:

1. Pass this information along and/or refer people to this site.

2. Post and distribute our flyers locally! Believe it or not, the old-fashioned way is still one of the most effective ways to reach people.
